First Post :)

So, I am soon to embark upon a new stage of my life. Finished my IB (International Baccaleuriate) exams about a month ago, got my grades, got into Glasgow :)


Well, guess that since this is my first post, I should, at least symbolically, introduce myself. My name is Philip, I am as of the moment 17, and Im going to University this September. I love reading classical, sci-fi, and fantasy literature, and am a bit of a Rock music freak (Hence my pseudonym :P). Play guitar and sing a bit. For now I think thats enough :)


Im sitting now, at 3:48 a.m. at home at my computer... Contemplating what lays ahead. In around 10 days, Im going back to Denmark (My Dad lives in Riga, Latvia), where Im meeting up with my two great friends, Greg and Nicolas. Together, we are going on a 20 day Interrail trip, which will be Legen... wait for it.. Dary :D
Planning to take tonnes of Pics and write down my experiences, which I will (hopefully) post here :)

After the trip, I'm going to Scotland, 2 weeks in advance of University, where I will study for 4 years, an undergraduate course in Politics and Economics. Looking forward tremendously, will be great studying things that actually interest me for a change (in school, 60-70% of what you do is kind of boring >.>)

There is a lot more to be said, but this is sort of an introductary post, and it IS a tiny bit late :D so yeah, Im going to bed now.
